I used Premier Pro and there you have a mirror effect

It's a normal effect. The background is moving different than the foreground. Nothing spezial.

If you say so, I guess so (i.e. no special effects). But it still seems odd to me that it appears to be both a left and a right motion going on. Looks weird ... but mesmerizing.

That effect can't always be used but I thought it looks good at that hyperlapse.
