Switching from 1080 video to 4K

Am a two-week "flyer." Can't seem to be able to change my video from 1080 to 4K. The DJI Go app is not letting me make the change. Need advice.

iOS or android? Are you definitely in the video mode not the photo mode (toggle by pressing the camera icon above the soft shutter button)? Apologies if this sounds obvious but you haven't given much to on... good luck!

On IOS and in the video toggle. The 1080 icon is dimmed. Must be tapping the wrong icon???
