I have a big problem. My phone recognizes my Mavic 2,everything is OK.
But i bought a tablet Huawei mediapad T3 and with dji go 4 it recognizes the drone as Phantom.
When entering device, there is a Controller error message.
Any idea what to do?
Thanks

You should be able to swipe or scroll to the other models, assuming you have a recent app which knows about the new ones.
Also you will need to log in to your DJI account on the new device.
If things still don't work delete the app and download again.

Did you have any other drone control apps on there?
They might be fighting to control the new device.

I figured out...
i was signed in, it was the only app, so no fighting, i wasnt able to swipe to other devices...
BUT i had USB Debugging enabled on the tablet menu.
As soon as i disabled USB debugging, the app started to work normally...

Sorry for the allert (maybe for someone it will be useful anyways)
