Tablet will not connect

Before an update tablet connected using SUB port.
After update it will not connect using
USB port but will connect using micro port.
Only one plugged in at s time. USB or micro.

Did you unplug the unused cable from the Micro USB port? The bottom USB port can only be used after that cable has been unplugged.

Are u sure you are using a data cable and not a charging only cable?

It worked on the 8"tablet and
The 10" S2 was not charged do
I will try tomorrow


BTW Mslinger only plugged one cord in at a time..
Reloading the app seemed to solve the problem
