Taking a drone to Barbados - experiences?

Hi,

I'm going to Barbados for two weeks, and am thinking of taking my Mavic 2. I have done some research and am in contact with the BUAVA and slowly trying to follow the process. I'm interested to know others experiences of taking a drone in as a holiday maker. How easy it was to get it in the country primarily.
