I think the arms are cheap enough with the motors in that it makes more sense to replace the arm and motor. However, I believe you can replace the gimbal and not have to replace a perfectly working camera as well. I tried all the suggested places here, for my M2P gimbal problem and they all wanted me to replace the entire gimbal and camera assembly. Then I luckily found a place that will try to replace just the slightly bent or tweaked gimbal arm and save me more than half the money, since my camera works perfectly.
