With the Air 2 and Air 2S standard controllers, is there an easy way to tell them apart visually? The only difference seems to be on the labels on the back, but I'm not sure which is which.

They're both RC-N1 controllers, firmware updates to the RC depending on the aircraft involved is what changes which Ocusync version it uses. So there shouldn't be any difference between the two as it's the same remote used for the Mini 2 as well.

My Air 2 controller have white battery indicator, my friend's Air 2S controller has green battery indicator.
But not all Air 2 controllers have white lights, it depends on when it was manufactured.

I read somewhere the Air 2s has four internal antennas while the Air 2 has only two -- has something to do with the Air 2s using ocuSync 3.0 while the Air 2 uses ocuSync 2.0. I think this gives the Air 2s more transmission range and stability.
( Disclaimer : I'm a newbie ! )

That is correct, however for purposes of this thread that is on the drone side. The controllers are exactly the same.

Thanks. I have the Air 2 and Air 2S and both controllers, plus the RC Pro, which I haven't used yet.
