Not enough gps lock, is it safe to fly ?

Then make sure you don't get caught, and as long as you get the shot that, "will look out of this world,” even if only in your video cache on the RC, if you lose the drone in the process, that's the price of success.

No risk, no reward.
Sometimes the shot is worth risking jail and losing the drone to get.
If not, wait until you find a shot that is.
It's only your freedom and your money that you are risking.

Everything in photography is a series of compromises. LOL!
Mundane shots are easy.
The ones "out of this world” come with some challenges.
Only you can decide whether the shot is worth ALL the risks.

However, we'll still happily enjoy it, if you decide to share it, as long as no people, animals, or aircraft are harmed in the making! LOL!

I wouldn't do it for obvious reasons. RTH may be tricky because the drone comes in vertically. You would have to do it manually

I would not fly from a high balcony as described even if I had good GPS lock, and I have many hours of flight time. It’s just my opinion.
