Telnet from Android phone to Mavic Mini remote controller over USB?

Hello,

Does anyone know if it is possible to telnet from an Android phone to the Mavic Mini remote controller over USB, using one of the supplied USB cables? I am looking to get the Wifi network info to see if I can join it, and poke around.
