Terrible footage

I just took my mavic out the box a week ago and I've shot a couple of days. Flying is great but the footage is not. Check out my links below. Can anyone offer any suggestions or does it seem like I got a bad one and it needs to go back to DJI?

Looks OK.
BUT, is this the footage from the drone? or is it the lower resolution copy from your phone or tablet?
Did you focus before the photos?

+1 acOj is right you need to take the files off the SD card, also set sharpness to +1 to turn off the Mavic camera noise reduction which makes shadows mushy

The posted examples are tiny thumbnails, not the hi-res images from the SD card.
