The 'bell' /notification symbol shows two numbers sequentially, what is the first?

Isn't the first number a sytem notifcation or notification that you've a PM from another member?

Things like reminders to visit a topic or post you have bookmarked as far as I know. One of our very helpful moderators will probably be along shortly to point you in the right direction.

If you post on a thread and somebody else posts on the thread, the bell will notify you (1). If the person "quoted" or "liked" your post, that's another ring of the bell (2).
