That's if you actually have that option to register your disgust at the dictatorial high-handedness that robs you of part of the freedom of self-expression that is central to your Constitutional Rights.
I guess if you said the same thing about your own country the Bobbies would be knocking on your door!

The only way you're going to be able to answer this is In the polling process during the next election, when this individual will stand a chance if getting a minimum of approximately one million less votes.

I truthfully thought that citizens of the United States were the last of the truly free people in the Western Hemisphere. It looks like I was sadly mistaken.

This is a bit extreme. No, it's hysteria.

If the definition of "truly free" means there are no trade or merchandise restrictions or bans in a nation, then none of us are "truly free", not even you, Felix, as there are items controlled in your country as well. It's about as useful a definition as "racism" being anything at all critical said about Black Americans.

This is political. It sucks, I'm a major DJI fanboy, and I'm very unhappy that I'm having to go through circumlocutions to get a Mini Pro 5 and now a Neo 2. But I don't feel my freedom has been compromised in any meaningful way because I can't purchase from a particular manufacturer. In my 63 years there's been plenty of things I couldn't but for political reasons, and these restrictions have changed over time.

Like the OP, I'm optimistic this will get resolved. Unlike many that blame Trump, I'm of the opinion he's reason to hope for this to get lifted. I suspect it was on the table with everything else when he spoke with Xi, and the only reason it hasn't been addressed at this point is leverage. A comprehensive trade deal with China will end this ban, IMO.

I'm not optimistic that would have happened under a Harris administration.

Unless something changes with the constitution, there will be no "next time" as he is limited to two terms of office. The 22nd amendment limits the president to two terms and would require a 2/3rds vote by both houses. However, he could run as VP and take over if the newly elected president stepped down or died in office.

if he ran again that would help the Dems because no chance of winning at his age.

Too many do not realize that this mess had already started and was underway before this president took over office.

As far as this getting resolved I do not think it will happen and DJI will in fact end up getting banned, hope I am wrong but do not really think so.

One persons hope,Our current president will only be behind the certain Individual that started this whole mess and will only take sides and listen to this person period.A company should have come forward already to do an Audit on DJI,I believe any company willing to do an audit is being blocked by congress somehow. This time around DJI days are numbered in the US along with Autel and DJIS shell companies,But I wish and hope I am wrong here.
