The Sunset Sees The MoonRise

BEFORE the full moon, the (waxing) moon rises BEFORE sunset. AFTER the full moon, the (waning) moon rises AFTER sunset.
On THE night of the full moon, the moon rises On THE sunset - once every lunar month.
The moon is only 'full' when it is, from our vantage, straight across from the sun.
The 'new moon' is when the moon is up in the day time, traveling for a few days, near the sun and only lit from the back side.
It appears that your video MAY have been one day before the actual full moon because the moon is well above the horizon at sunset.
That one day per lunar month (Lunar month - Wikipedia), with a clear view to the horizons, you should be able to see 1/2 of the sun and 1/2 of the moon as one sets and one rises.
