I use Windows 11.

The software is not bought. It's a DJI's tool for thermal cameras.

I contacted DJI but no reply until now.
The workaround in the article works.

I got an answer from DJI Support:
Thank you for your patience. There is indeed a current issue with the current version of Thermal Analysis Tool 3.0. Until the problem is solved by an upcoming update, you can try to set the compatibility mode to Windows 8 in the shortcut properties.

Well, we're well into 2024. I just installed Thermal analysis Tool 3.2.1 and it crashes as soon as I open it. It didn't work not even once.
