Thinking about getting an ipad mini 4 questions

Update: after several days with an Ipad mini 4, I am sending it back. It would stutter and lag and I would get warned about mobile device cpu overload.. my Galaxy Note 10+ with 12 gig ram handles the FPV so much better

Do you get "Cpu Overload..." with iPad mini 4 cellular?

Yes, I do with DJI Fly when it first connects to the AC, but then it does not appear for the rest of the flight.
I have the cache to device set to off
