Thumb sticks /longer sticks for a thumber to learn pinching

I'm in yjr UK and would like some recommendations for some stick adaptors that the pinchers use or longer sticks even? Thanks

Stainless steel cap head bolts.

Can’t see that longer stick would help with pinching (I can’t do it though so could be wrong)
Longer sticks can help when using thumbs, they require a longer travel to get the same movement of the drone than short sticks.
Plenty on eBay & Amazon, depending on what controller you use.

Should add, my smart controller is on its way so it'll be for that
