I've been using the first item on your list, the SKYREAT Foldable Tablet/Phone Mount, and I have been very happy with it. It comes with a lanyard and folds up nice and small so it fits in my pack.

The Skytreat tablet mount can also be fitted into the controller arms with the hole at the top this gives you a view of the controller lcd screen should you require, also this mount does fit into the Smatree case, along with a small landing Pad which fits into the lid of case.
