Transferring photos from smart controller

Can’t transfer photos from smart controller and driving me nuts already. Tried HDMI to MacBook, go4 app, Bluetooth but none seem to work???? Surely I can’t be the only one??

Have you tried tried turning transfer on on your smart controller and transfer on on the Go 4 app on your phone?

i either use the usb cable or physically remove the sd card. If i use the usb cable i have to select file transer. Never tried the hdmi cable.

if you use the usb cable you will have to dig through the smart controller to find the pictures and video. Im not near my smart controller because travelling but can when i get back to tell you which folders they are in. Not complicated, just have to do a little digging.

Just copy to the SD card and move them that way?
Or bluetooth (works for me but very slow).
Failing that Dropbox, Google Photos and so on.

I just used the go share that was in the new update a CPL months back pull the screen down from top on smart controller top right you'll see it send them to your cell phone worked great for me
