I followed those instructions but when I got to the Advanced Settings screen the Enter Flight Mode option wasn't listed.

No, I'm doing it using the RC as described in a different video. When I tried it using the method you suggested I didn't see the dat file from the bird on the computer file system. I tried two different computers and three different USB cables.

I can't see what you're doing, but it should mount as a removable drive that is separate from the drive that contains your photos and videos.

Both removable drives do show up for about a half second then disappear. I guess I'll work on it some more. Thanks for your help anyway.
