Trying to get all my devices under one email...

Didn't seem to already be discussed. So I'll ask. I have 8 dji devices. (Mini, mini 2 x2, mini 3 pro x 2, mavic 3 x2 and a matrice 300.) Of those 8 devices, they are registered to 3 different emails because I bought them at different stages of my business. I'm trying to get them all under 1 email address (business) so that all my devices can be in one place per say for device managment. Also because i want to use my mini 3 pro remote with my mavic 3 until my mavic 3 smart remote comes in. ... Dji says it can't be done. Seems silly that once a mavic 3 is activated to my personal account that I can't "sell" it to my business and then put it under that account. Any ideas?
 
Can't you just log out of the ones you want to change and then log in with the credentials of the account you want to use?

Unfortunately no. I guess for a couple I can. But the mavic 3 for example has the "unbind from account" area greyed out. So for some reason that one and the matrice and the mini 2 are locked it seems. It my fault for activating with new accounts randomly like a dummy. Just trying to fix my mistake.
 
Yes sir I have. That's where it's grayed out on the mavic 3. That's the only place I know of. I wish there was an inve tory list on dji site and i could reference serial numbers and account passwords and move them all together. Dji isn't very helpful in some aspects.

Yes. All used to oroginally activate once i bought them. They are all my emails. They changed since the original mini I bought years ago. 2 personal emails and a business email. Trying to get them all under business. I have access to them all. With receipts lol.
 
This makes no sense. Suppose you wanted to sell those drones for real...what are you supposed to do? Seems like that should be possible.

I literally asked that question and the Indian dude just got a attitude with me and said "I told you, this phone call is being recording, and there is no way to do that. Just sign into another dji app login......" I said...well [Edited by ADMI}, that's what im asking you to help me with cause it's locked...."nothing we can do, is there anything else I can help you with.?" I said no you couldn't even help me with the first thing.

Just thinking out loud here and trying to jostle the thought process. Are you signed in using the e-mail you registered the M3 with?
