trying to Register

Im trying Register to take test but it does not show where to go as a new register
only shows

• renew your registration
• view your registration details
• keep your personal details up to date
• add a flyer ID or operator ID to your registration
• add a child under 13 to your registration

cant get to a new popup to allow me to register
