My day off. Went to bed all excited.. Packed the Mavic all up and couldn't wait for this morning.

**** wind is now blowing like 30+ mph. No chance of flying its looking like. I'm bummed.

Might go to a bar.

Steady winds can be fun, if an experienced pilot wants to have some fun. It's easy to get 60mph ground speed with a 30mph tail wind. The pilot just needs to remember that going is easy, and you might have to land at the end of your downwind leg and go get the drone because it wont be able to fight the headwind coming back. New pilots should never try this but if a pilot has the need for speed, it's interesting.

I’d stay in the pub & drink it off, wind will die down then you’re to drunk to fly....;)
