UK question, would flights under the likes of the Humber Suspension Bridge be legal?

One of the new members is from Grimsby and for some reason seeing that brought a flight under the Humber Suspenson Bridge to mind. I suspect you could be more than 50m from uninvolved people besides which you'd most likely be below them.

We need a legal precedent here!

My bet would be it’s fine, as long as VLOS is maintained and this confirms that the AC actually is below the bridge.
