Unable to connect to dji assistant 2

I hv installed latest version of assistant
Latest firmware of drone
Tried exchanging cables
..

Maybe I'm not completely understanding your problem. How did you install the latest firmware in your drone if your drone is not showing in the DJI Assistant 2 program?
