How can I remove the NFZ from my MA2 and Enable FCC-Boost?

No can do. MA2 is fully locked down.

If you're in Brazil, doesnt seem you will need FCC boost. You're already transmitting at FCC levels right? If not then you can use ios version of Fly app + hack (Special from our in house guys). You may need to pay small fee for development.
