upgraded firmware and now not able to fly more than 90 yards maybe

I just upgraded the firmware after not flying for a couple of months, and now I can't get further than maybe 30 meters high and 90m meters distance.

What is going on?

I have tried everything.

Thanks, got it to work, but now what about when I am flying where there is no cell connection or internet. This is most of the time for me.

No worries. You don't need an Internet connection after you log into DJI GO. Watch the video in the thread I linked above.

Thanks. Yesterday, I drove 45 minutes to my new property where there is no cell or internet, and it would not go anywhere. It is working now, but I hope once I get out there all is good.

So I should be able to turn everything off now, drive out there, and because I logged in right now, I do not have to do this again unless I actually log out.

What happens if I power down the iPad mini? Does that log me out?
