Using a Smart Controller with different drones

I have the Mavic Pro 2 and the Smart controller can you answer this question.
If I get another Mavic Pro 2 will I be able to use the Smart controller I have with the second Mavic Pro?

Probably better off posting this in the Mavic 2 forum. However, yes you can have more than one M2P linked to the SC. You just give them different names and then add them to the Aircraft Management part of the SC.

Do you have to have different names though? I'm pretty sure it automatically locks on to whichever drone without you having to select it. But for identification purposes, yes, I think each should have a unique name.

Correct, it will connect automatically to the last one it was connected to.

You don’t have to name them differently but it would be less confusing!
