Using DroneDeploy with Mavic 2: camera view is black screen

With my Mavic 2 whenever I try to do something in DroneDeploy, the camera view is just a black screen. The drone takes the pictures just fine but I can’t see anything on the screen. Any ideas how to fix? I didn’t have this issue with the Mavic 1 or my Phantom. Thanks.

Try bottom usb port and remove the one that’s in the charging port .

I figured out a trick that makes it work. At least for the iOS version of the app. If you press the pause button after takeoff the camera view appears and then it’s still there after you press resume.

There should be a pause button on the app screen.
