There's a thread on this already (2 actually).

10+ arrested and no, signal jammers werent used. But its Sky News...Which is owned by Fox which explains why they dont actually research their stories.

Ultimately the 2 troglodytes failed to get their $20 drone in the air (because they haven't got a clue what they're doing and its a cheap chinese toy). They then mumbled "oh its a signal jammer".

Instead of doing any fact checking they just reported it as "signal jammers used".
