Video Editor - Email has no sound

I created a short video using the DJI Go app editor feature with sound that DJI provided in the app. After emailing myself the video, on my PC there is no sound, but when watching the video on my IPhone, the sound is clear and working.
I have checked my PC and all sound is on. The equalizer shows no motion while playing the video.

Does anyone know how to get the sound working after emailing yourself a video?

Seems to work fine for me. Try a different computer, or a different player. The audio codec may not be compatible with whichever media player you're using.
