Your drone is faulty. The horizon is wonky!!! Send it back (or address it to my house)..
Kidding. I'm just hating because we Aussies are never the first to get anything...
And about the wonky horizon, maybe do an IMU recalibration on a levelled surface.

.... and directly after the IMU calibration do the gimbal calibration... don't know if they have overcome the IMU calibration issues of the P3/4 but look up "cold IMU calibration on YouTube if you still have problems.
