Video Format?

I tried to load a video to a post shot from my MP, it went to 100% and then told my it was in the wrong format (MP4), so I converted to .AVI and that one won't load either. I get the same message. I used the "Attach Files" button to upload. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

You cannot upload videos here. Need to use a video hosting provider like Youtube and post the link.
