Video from Mavic won’t download from DJI App to IPad anymore. This started when I changed video settings from 1080/24 to 2.7K/60. Please help. Thanks

Mine did the same thing after i changed some settings on app, pics will download but no video will download?? same problem hopefully somebody can give us some advice?????
