Video issues

I have only had my MP for about a week and have the video set as it is out of the box. When I viewed my video at home I noticed that at the bottom of the screen the grass and dirt all seemed fuzzy and pix-elated. I tried to upload a video file to show but I keep getting the error message the file is too large even though I cut the video down to about 15 seconds

If someone can tell me how to upload the file to show I would appreciate it because I am hoping it is only a setting rather than my camera that has an issue.

Can't upload it here. Upload the file to a video hosting site like Youtube or Vimeo and insert the link here.
