Video not smooth

Hi All, I'm a noob at this but I've been having an issue with my mini 2, I can't seam to get smooth video. please see linked video, the stuttering is very noticeable in the middle of the train video. Please help.

Are you using the lower quality cached video automatically saved to your phone or the original file from the SD card?

video was shot in 4K 24FPM, I'm watching on my laptop 17" FHD with a Nvidia Geforce RTX 2070. I also watched on my cell and noticed the same problem.

Sure looks to be a Fps issue, next time your up film at 1080 60FPS, if you see it then then it's a hardware issue on your camera. Given what you were doing with your pan up combined with train movement, looks to be it couldn't scan fast enough to resolve with smooth output.

The image and stability of the drone is fine - what I see that is not smooth is your interaction trying to follow the subject. You should try to use the Cine setting on the transmitter as it will slow these controls down considerably.

I'm with you Mike. Only issue I saw on video was pilot induced movements - too fast and jerky on some parts.

Def need to slow down pilot movements either using Cinema / Tripod mode - which may not be enough either - so slow down the YAW / Gimbal movements in Fly App settings for the cinema / tripod mode to lower settings to make them really slow. Leave default settings for Normal and Sport.

See how those work and adjust them up or down as necessary. Also maybe getting longer sticks will help too. Doesn't take much input from sticks to create movement and 24FPS is slowest and will pick up and make more noticeable movements than higher frame rates.

The "fine art"of drone video is PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE and making ALL movements as slow as possible.
