Video playback problems on mavic pro on the 4.2.14 583 go app

When I have my Mavic switched on and go into video gallery to playback the video in high quality from sd card it won't play it just plays a blank screen and says play back from cache on my phone. Is everyone having this problem?

It may be that the video card on your computer does not support the format or degree of quality. The Mavic default output is .mov which works on a Mac. You need to change it to .mp4 for a PC.

You should also download/copy from the SD card, to the PC first then you can play/edit to your hearts content.
Be careful, never attempt to try to "play with" or tweak the images/vids while on the card in the AC. You can corrupt the files.
