Hi and help. When I download my Mavic Pro video onto my pc and play it, the video is not continuous, almost like frames are missing. Any ideas

What video format, size and codec are you using?

If you are using H.265 it requires a lot of horsepower to playback.

What is the specification of your PC? In particular the CPU, speed and graphics GPU?
