Can anyone tell me what the heck is wrong here. It wont clear up unless I adjust the exposure to 5.6.. otherwise it looks like a zebra.. none of the lines are present on playback.. ive adjusted settings and it doesn’t seem to change.. this has been issue since update.

You have the over exposure option turned on with in the app.
Navigate to your camera settings and turned this feature off.
This feature is useful when you are not sure if your exposure is correct.
Your second image is in regards to Peak Focus. You can also control this feature in the same settings.

The red lines indicate you have peak focus threshold turned on also.
You can find this feature under camera settings.
The red lines show what objects are currently in focus.
