Pink lines in DJI Mavic Air 1 videos. Any solutions?

Hey everyone! I've been having an issue with my DJI Mavic Air 1. Some of the photos and videos I capture have pink lines in them. I've tried adjusting camera settings and updating the firmware, but the problem persists. Has anyone experienced this and found a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am getting pink lines or bands across me photos and videos, usually on the bottom but they also happen randomly on other parts of the images. has anyone seen this or have an idea about why? Thanks.

Bright magenta or bright green lines are the usual indication of missing data in the bitstream from the camera sensor or anywhere on the video path between the camera and the processing hardware, which can include the video cable and connectors and even cracks in the associated PCB’s.

If it is cable related you may be able to trigger it by moving the gimbal via the remote controller while monitoring the video feed.

what was the temperature during the recording? Far below zero? If yes, then that could possibly be the cause.

Temperature does not cause this issue.

Could also be a slow sd card.
