For basic day to day flying in 'generally' good conditions
What is the best set up for all video settings to capture good quality hd footage?

I find there's no perfect settings for a "set and forget" scenario. The more you learn about all the different settings the more adjustments you make.

Small cameras usually don't have very good auto settings so play around with the manual settings. Good luck!
