Viewing 3D photos in Windows?

Is there something that will properly display 3D photos in windows? Mine just come out as weird looking panoramas.

I'm not sure about 3D but if your referring to 360 degree panoramas I use a simple program installed on my Win 10 pc called LizardQ. I was hesitant at first because it's name made it look risky. I don't know why the person picked that name. But I tried it and am happy with it, I've been using it for almost a year and have no malware issues.
