i ordered mine 2 weeks ago from DJI and it arrived the other day...

Ok the problem is i have paid all of the battery’s up front but no refund at this time.

Certain every country is different, but I ordered an extra battery from DJI last week and got it in less than 7 days.....

I've waited for several months and finally DJI had them on their web site, I got my order two days ago.
