I have the DJI Refresh on my Mavic Air, but am confused about what option on their website I use for warranty repair. The issue is the front filter ring on the camera is stuck and won't come off. So I can't use filters. It is jammed on there tight from the factory and not budging.
Do I open a regular support ticket with DJI?
This shouldn't cost me anything for sending in for warranty work right?
