Was I sent the Smart Controller or is this the RC Pro?

This is very confusing. The website said RC. The tracking said smart. The customer service told me it’s RC. Package arrives today and it says “smart” on the box…

Yep also the RC Pro has C-N-S modes on the switch where the smart controller has T-P-S modes. The joystick housing is also different on the RC Pro

Its B&H Photo. Have you sent anything back to them before? Assuming they are reputable

Its so weird that the receipt says RC Pro and the Cust Svc rep verified it was Pro.

I would definitely contact B&H. The RC Pro is much better than the Smart Controller. This looks like an old box.

Their Cust Svc Dept is closed today but I used the automated web return to have an RMA generated. So I have the shipping label and approval to return for exchange... now the big question is should I roll the dice pre-refund and buy the RC Pro package today

BH Photo is as reputable of seller as they come. They will fix it for you. Maybe even give you something extra for the mistake because it is a big one and it is their fault.

Like all Photography places in New York, they are run by Hasidist who celebrate the sabbath on Saturday. Their Saturday is like Christian Sunday. They should be opened up by Sunday.

B and H is a very reliable straight shooting company and you should have no problem exchanging it.

And also the antenna on the pro fold across each other. Whereas the original smart controller fold underneath the controller.
