Waterproof?

Would it be possible for DJI to make a Mavic completely waterproof? I assume the most difficult part will be waterproofing the camera and gimbal. Any thoughts?

There are a few waterproof machines. Obviously you pay the price by losing performance on other aspects.

Water cooling is way more effective.

True, if it won't short out the components. Remember water cooling is a closed loop cooling system, mounted up against a heatsink.

That is the old fashioned way. Running the Mavic underwater keeps everything cool. LOL

Indeed, we should just put computers in a container of water to keep them cool nowadays.

I did use a peltier system with a huge copper heat sink and copper plumbing laid in a big loop in the ground to keep a processor in an overclocked machine at -40 and -40 is both F and C it is a crossover point. That was in 1996. Some of the earliest Pentiums. I had a first gen Pentium that had the processor fault. I got Intel to provide me the fixed version by using an iterative loop in Excel to stress the processor and not come to a solution. The Pentium just diverged instead of converging. Solver is a fine bit of software.
