What all needs calibrated out of the box?

I've read the owners manual, but what all needs calibrated out of the box?

I know to calibrate the compass. Should the controller be calibrated as well? Anything else to calibrate before first flight?

The remote controller and IMU are optional items to calibrate out of the box. I normally do those calibrations with my DJI aircraft, but some people don't like to for some reason.

Everything that is able to be calibrated should be calibrated after a firmware update so, as most drones need firmware updates after unboxing, I would say definitely calibrate everything.
