What am I doing wrong

Got the approval for a NFZ, but can’t get controller to unlock. Aren’t I’m supposed to hit Sync, then the lisc should show up under aircraft?
Never had to do this before.

I already posted, I HAVE the authority, not looking for any internet police.

No internet police here. In your post you said "Got the approval for a NFZ,". I was not sure if you meant through the airport or through the application. I live within 5 miles of an airport and was able to unlock my device before calling anyone at all which would appear to some as an "approval" to fly. I asked a simple question...relax a bit.
