I have tried to run this on two computers and get the same message. Uninstalled and reinstalled the software and get the same message on both computers.
Any ideas?

Where do you add the line, at a command prompt??

Use the Windows program regedit.

Right click on the windows icon at the lower left side, select "Run", type in resedit and follow the above instruction.

Restart the computer while holding down the shift key. Select Trouble Shoot >Advanced options > Startup settings > Select #7 > Restart. Now you should be able to install DJI Assistant 2.
This also works to install DJI Flight Simulator.
