Thanks @BossBob. Interesting differences... Appears the CAA does not require prop protection for flying a mini over people, sparsely distributed. They FAA requires fully protected, enclosed props.

Also different is it appears no class is authorized to fly over crowds. The FAA allows this, again with <250g weight and enclosed props, like the neo.
