I have video I want to share a friend sent to me of a M2Z he found on top of a rock formation of the Sonoma county coast. What he sent was .mov format and forum won't let me upload it.

I get" The uploaded file does not have an allowed extension.

I tried renaming the extention to .mp4, works on my phone but still won't upload here. What video file formats are supported here and how do I convert a .mov to .xxx ?
